Cheers guys,
is there anyone familiar with updates for virtual cockpit and infotainment screen?
I’ve seen that MY19 Cupra is coming with (audi rs/s like) central speedo style in virtual cockpit and noticed different colors in the menu of infotainment screen.
I have MY18 Cupra and honestly do not care about the colors in the main screen, but a central speedo is cool and would love to have it in my virtual cockpit since current styles are fairly boring.
That is mostly software difference, right?

Nope.

It’s a hardware difference apparently.

No one has yet upgraded from MY18 Digital to MY19 Digital cockpit.

There are apparently 2 different part numbers For MY2018 and MY2019
Why not tomorrow???
The MY2018 part number is 5F0920790.

The MY2019 is supposed to be 5F0920790A.

Been told this by 2 different sources. However when I asked RPS they couldn’t find the updated number

Comes in at £611.22 Inc VAT

Do they not have componet protection on them.
A new unit shouldn't I don't believe, however my old one will.

I am aware thought that the number of miles on them can not be reduced, only increased. If this is true thankfully @paddy6789 has no issues as hes already done more miles than me now despite starting with 1,000 less.

Well as always there are people out there with the right kit who can adjust the millage down. I know this for a fact as a lot of people who have Lease cars and going over the limit are paying to have them adjusted down and causing many issues in the second hand car market.

VAG Authorised dealers however as you say can only adjust upwards (eg fit new one to old car).

Yeah thought there would probably be a way, always is haha!

I don’t know if it s a UK thinking but after getting a slightly different way of writing ten hkdste part number down (index A instead of just the A on the end) I tried Mike again at RPS.

Poor guy must be sick of me asking!
