Used this in my PD170 FR but is it suitable for the FR184 ?

Just picked it up today and i want to give it a service despite it only been done 4000 miles ago.

Only has 21000 on clock so want to keep up with it !

I'm not familiar, but if it's oil particularly suited to diesel engines then probably no.
Best to check the oil's VW rating and compare with what SEAT recommend for your FR184.

It seem to be 504 and 507 so asume it is suitable although there is a 0w30w as well.

Good habit to do some extra oil/filter Changes . As written classification 507.00 Diesel / 504.00 Petrol. I always use 5w-30 on our petrol VAG cars.

ESP on the Mobil bottle stands for Emission System Protection. You're right it meets 504 and 507.

From the site it looks OK - approved for VW 507, though if its a newer FR it might want VW 508/509?
