My father in law has a MK3 Leon and has connected his very basic Nokia 216 phone via Bluetooth to his ICE system.

The phone connects without issue but when he looks at the contacts all he sees are the numbers. The contact names are not shown.

Thought this might have been due to the fact the contacts were orignally on the SIM card, however, we've moved them to the phone itself, disconnected the phone from the ICE system and reconnected via bluetooth. Still the same issue.

It shows:

and not

Anyone else experienced this issue/feature? And if so, did you manage to get around it/solve it?

It could possibly be the model of the phone and the fact it's very basic.

I would suggest trying a different phone, perhaps your one?

Might be some settings in the Nokia that need altering or if it's not a lot of hassle try resetting the phone and starting again, but your dad will lose any stored stuff.
