Has anyone had the problem where the Diverter valve isn’t recirculating properly? It seems to make a higher pitched hiss at about 2-3k revs and after that point the DV doesn’t “dump” the air like in the lower rev ranges?

So basically in normal driving 0-50 the DV works fine, after that im hearing the hiss as the boost builds and then no release when my foot comes off the pedal? Anyone?

I'd take it off and test it by pushing the piston in with the holes covered to see if it returns, could always buy a service kit and new spring depending how old it is.

Sounds like a leaky seal.
Tbh it’s pointless.
The oem is best and good to about 400 brake.
Also only 30 quid.

Sounds like it could do with a service but the oem valve would probably cost the same as the service kit so it's your call. All depends whether you want to go back to stock sounding engine or if you love that dump noise...

If it’s mapped you hear it all clearly with the oem valve.
