I got round to fitting new H7 bulbs with a control unit to stop a fault popping up, and stop beam flickering.. and it works perfectly! The upgrade is huge compared to the Osram Nightbreakers I had on.

I tried to adjust my passenger side headlight... and none of the screws do anything. Doh... Another job on the list to fix.

So I finally got the car washed in time for a GTI meet.. I tagged along with a friend and there's some nice rolling shots and pictures:

In other news, I've got a really good deal on used lower control arms with newish (2000 miles) Super pro anti lift kit bushes, with camber bushes too. I have a few days off work after this set of shifts so I'll hopefully be getting these on.
I'm still looking into the headlight screw adjuster issue, I think I may have to get the bumper off again and get the headlight off.

So I had my budget for this car this month set to £250... I have gone way over

I spoke to Matthew @ Trackslag and didn't even know they do a Downpipe > OEM adapter, so I've gone and spent more on that! New downpipe + centre pipe should be here mid next week!

Your order on Trackslag is complete.

You have chosen the PayPal method.

Your order will be sent very soon.

My new lower control arms with anti lift kit + camber bushes arrived today, so I'll be opening that up on Monday as I don't fancy sweeping up my mess twice!

I also got a great deal on Michelin PS4S tyres, if you have an F1 auto centre near you, they're coming up cheap + you can claim Michelin cashback, if you have 19s then it's £50 for 2 or £100 for 4 tyres:
https://www.f1autocentres.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/michelin-spring-2019-offer

My total for 2 front tyres came to £226.50 (including cashback) so was an amazing deal as they're usually around £150-160 a tyre.

Lots happening to the car next week, pictures will follow as I go along.

In my wife's words "Do whatever you need to get us on the track this Summer" :D

So my plans hopefully before Autumn, depending on finances, is:

- New exhaust system
- Upgraded HPFP/Internals
- Anti Lift kit
- PS4s on the front (current tires are a bit crap but have tonnes of tread, good enough for daily driving)
- Play more Gran Turismo so I don't go flying into a wall at a track day

So 2 weeks ago I said before Autumn I want to get these done, well.. I made some calls and ended up with:
- Used alloy control arms with the Superpro Anti Lift Kit, and Powerflex camber bushes for a good price
- PS4S on the fronts to be fitted at 2pm today
- Ordered the VIS internals from VIS Motorsport
- Ordered and received my Trackslag 3.5" (which is fu**ing HUGE).

When I was trying to take my old wishbones off, some of the bolts had seized... I had to try to put the car back together as much as I could, but some bolts wouldn't line up. I clunked and banged my way to the end of my road where there is a garage. They ended up having trouble with the wishbones too, it took them 2 full days to get the old ones off and new ones in (they ended up cross threading one hole getting the bolt out, so had to re-thread it). They're on now, I'll go for a fast drive shortly.

Holes not lining up:

Finally on the car:

Beefy bloody exhaust!

I also got the gas strut bonnet kit from Andrey from the group buy post, it came to about £40 delivered https://forums.seatcupra.net/index.php?threads/mk2-mk3-leon-gas-bonnet-struts.452513/:

Been very busy over the last month with travelling and work. I've done a fair few bits to the car, pics will be posted tomorrow or Monday.

- Got the new Superpro Anti Lift Kit, and Powerflex camber bushes fitted
- Set of Michelin PS4S' on the front
- VIS internals fitted
- Trackslag 3.5" fitted
- Set of Iridium plugs
- Bonnet strut kit fitted:

I'm now ready for Stage 2 + so will be looking at either APR or R-Tech.

Got my new Trackslag 3.5" downpipe fitted. It's a MONSTER! It seems like it's worn in more over the last 500 miles and sounds even louder and meatier now. I did some comparison fly by shots too for anyone who's interested. I promise pics are coming I've just been crazy busy at work, and Dropbox is blocked at work (where all my pics are):

Thanks for the suggestion, I would have driven up but I've got to be near Portsmouth on Monday morning for work. When's the next meet?

LOTS of stuff has happened with my car over the last month or 2, I promise pics and more info will follow. I got a stage 2+ map from R-Tech which is bloody insane now, but it cost me a LOT of money. New injectors, coil packs & spark plugs + a bunch more stuff. My wallet was not happy the last few weeks. Got a completely new custom valved catback system too, so I can be an ASBO kid when I want to and a quiet grown up at other times

It was quite pricey and to be honest, it's not the best as it restricts the airflow a bit compared to BCS, but I prefer the sound and look. It came to around £800 but I needed all new pipework from the centre pipe back, my OEM had splits and cracks all over.
I got new pipework, 2 silencers, valve system, massive tail pipes for that price (plus a bunch of changes because I can never make up my mind).

Dyno came in just over 350hp I'll include that too. With a less 'restrictive' exhaust I could get closer to 380hp

I fitted my VIS internals in preparation for Stage 2+. It took a few attempts getting everything ready, including rounding off my bleed valve... New one from TPS was about £8. The VIS internals cost 300 euros and was MUCH cheaper than buying an aftermarket uprated fuel pump, so I went with that.

For anyone who wants to try this, see the below videos.

P.S - DONT LOSE ANY WASHERS! I HAD A MASSIVE FUEL LEAK BECAUSE OF A BLOODY WASHER (this one)

I got round to getting new front tyres as mentioned above, a pair of Michelin PS4S. They completely changed the feel of the car, and it's good I changed them because the thread was showing on on my tyres, the other one had cracks!

We got a new exhaust! Custom made including a valve system. The valve closed has 2 silencers so is nice and quiet, and the valve open has 1 silencer. We tried straight through but it sounded like those straight piped diesels - you know the ones.

My wife and I went up to R-Tech and had a TONNE of work done... Here's a pic of what we had to get done including faults. My wallet was NOT happy after this day. I'll drop some more info and pics when the video is out on Saturday but here's a sneak preview just for you guys on this forum

Note the fuel trims... +24.6%. No wonder I was getting absolute sh** MPG, around 10MPG city driving. More importantly, at 25% fuel trim the piston is basically being melted inside and the car goes into limp mode (which apparently can't be overwritten, you need to fix the problem until it goes away, meanwhile your engine is killing itself VERY quickly)
