having more issues with coolant side of issues on my car again as earlier this year i had the water pump unit changed and a sensor. this is the latest error yet car drives ok apart from light on dash, last time when pump was changed it went into limp mode. is this part of the water pump on these?

Is this a 184tdi by any chance ?
We have just had this on my sons 184tdi
At the front of the engine near the oil filter there is a secondary pump.
When people do an oil and filter change - they push the wires out of the way instead of unplugging the pump connector.
It eventually breaks one of the wires going in to the pump and throws an error.
