Currently Auto Finesse's and it doesnt do much especially on the thicker parts. Which do you use without an issue. I have to get my nail behind it sometimes. Seeing a few reviews on youtube shows people using a a few sprays without much force and the stuff comes off.

Tardis is defo the best I’ve used yet

Yeah, I use tardis on my boot cause it always gets these annoying tar specks that won't come off. I'm pretty sure it's just watered down petrol from the smell.

I've googled some of these products,some are rather expensive, at it's price petrol is a no brainer?

Car pro trix iron and tar remover is a decent product. My car was covered in decent sized tar blobs and spray. It got approx 80% off in the first pass. Removed the rest with another application followed by clay bar. And when it comes to price, just remember that these products are designed to be safe on paint. Paint correction can be a lot more costly!
