No, wheels with a PCD 5x115 won’t be a direct fit onto a car fitted with OEM wheels with a PCD of 5x112 without fitting adapters.
PCD is the pitch circle diameter. If you were to draw a circle through the centres of the bolt holes in the wheel and then measure the diameter of that circle, that’s the PCD. With a 5x115 PCD, 5 is the number of bolt holes and the 115 is the diameter of the circle In millimetres.

With a 5x115 PCD wheel, the diameter of the circle will be 3mm larger than it will with a 5x112 PCD wheel, so the bolt holes in the wheels will be spaced slightly further out than the bolt holes in the Leon’s hub assembly (designed to take wheels with a 5x112 PCD). That would mean the bolts couldn’t be inserted through the holes in the wheels into the holes in the hub assembly.
You can buy PCD adapter plates which are also spacers, so fitting these would also push the wheels out further. That could be an issue if the 5x115 wheels you are considering have quite an aggressive offset, as you might end up with the face of the wheels / tyres extending beyond the bodywork (illegal in the UK). Also, if you intend to fit PCD adapter plates then I’d recommend to speak to your insurer first as I’ve heard that some insurers don’t like these adapter plates - presumably because the wheels aren’t bolted into the OEM holes in the hub assembly on the car, so you’d be changing the way Seat intended the wheels are attached to the car.
With the many hundreds of designs of aftermarket wheels, I would look for an alternative set that are very similar in design to the ones you’re currently considering, but with the correct PCD of 5x112 for the Leon.
