Noise from front of car

So over the weekend after 50mile motorway journey I noticed after getting into my car I can hear a sound from the front left when accelerating between 0-15mph like something is stuck sounds abit like a tractor if that helps.
My vehicle is Leon FR 2017 2.0 DSG

Is it mettalic sounding check metal guards behind discs. Other than that check the exhaust from the manifold down to the backbox you will need jack stands to get under car and take of covers underneath.

Just took it to the RAC approved garage they said they think its from the gearbox could be the flywheel but they dont touch automatic gearboxes so will have to take it to a specialist to see what the verdict is.
