How to start with "Sport information" display?

Hey peeps!

I've got something that I've lived with for many years in my Mk3 Cupra which I wonder if anyone has a workaround for. Whenever I start the car regardless of the mode, I get the display for fuel economy and distance covered etc. I always want to start with "Sport information" on display, the one that shows 3 gauges. Could I have missed something in the settings?

I do have an OBD-II scan tool as well if that helps.

Mines intermittent some times it comes on with the dials if i have them before and then other times it comes on with driving school mode

Same. Mine does stay sometimes. In addition though, the times it does start with dials, sometimes I have dials but with no values on one or more. I have to reselect sport to get them to all work properly.

Yea I have that bug as well where they either don't all display values, or the needle doesn't move. But I'm looking for a permanent solution to always have them on.
