If not, you need the one titled: ‘general body repair, interior’ Chapter 68 - Interior Equipment, Section 3 - Centre Console.
Ok, not 100% what you are trying to do - remover gearstick gaiter, adjust tension on the gear shift linkages or something else.
Before any trim removal make sure that the plastic trim is warm - run the car with the heater on for a few minutes, or use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm up the area you are working on - the plastics are brittle when cold and may snap.
The manuals refer to ‘basic’ model and ‘top class’ model - e.g. there are slight differences between the basic specification models and an FR/Cupra etc.
If you want to remove gaiter, then fairly straight forward.
If you need to remove the entire centre console, then a little more challenging.
You could try removing the side panels (upper and lower) initially to see if you have the access you require. Then upper console section.

Thank you, i have already downloaded and read that maunal and found out that its not much understandable, also not showing what i am trying to reach exactly.
I removed the gaitor but i still have no access to the ball beneath it.

Well, it specifically sais that it fits Seat Leon 2017, is that right?
If not, then i got scammed by the seller, not intentionally though becouse the guy is par exelance but the outcome would be the same.
Not to tell that it has passed half of the planet to come to me.
Before i ordered it, i explicitely asked the seller if it fits my car, he didn't answer anything directly but never said it doesnt (i sent him the same print screen as you did). I told him also to send it if it fit my car.
Also, i must say that my shifter doesnt look like that on the first picture, with that black plastic, but more than like the second one.
Anyway, seems extremely hard to come to that part and to change it. Unfortuntelly, i couldnt find anyone to deal with it here and i barelly will.
P.S. My car is not an MK7 but MK3.

To fit you need to remove the centre console trim - which to remove you also need to remove part of the dash - so quite involved. Before attempting I would specifically ask the seller to confirm if fits your exact car.
Strange they would have a comment - NOT for MK7 Golf - which is the same as our MK3 Leon's if it did indeed fit?
If your aim is to remove 'slack' from the gear linkage? I noticed yesterday my linkage on the top of the gearbox (under the air filter housing) has a lot of play - ALL plastic and looks like you can get a new piece.
You need to remove your air box. Then you can see your 2x cables attaching to 2 levers on top of the gearbox.the small white slip yoke and plastic lever
What is this exactly ?
Also, how did you inspect your gear ends ? Moved them to see if there is a slack / air in it ?
In my case the right hand one (as you look at the engine) controls left and right selection and is plastic. This has worn where is pivots Number 10 below. Also on the end of this plastic arm is a white plastic slipper pad - number 11 below which slides in a metal groove. This is also worn - so both of these in my case will need to be replaced.
The cable ends 12 & 17 both seemed reasonable, I was expecting them to be slack and broken and fill the voids with glue to improve the gearchange - but my slop is due to the plastic arm.
Number 15 is metal and controls forward and back - and is not worn.
I bought 12, 16 and 17 and will try with that. They are original and plastic, bad quality. 12, the part that connects to the arm is moving a little even new, i saw videos of people gluing that completely. Even that, i will barily find a mechanic to deal with it becouse they are all like they didnt do it ever before.
Regarding removal of the airbox, i think i can only remove battery and battery tray, there are a lot of hoses and stuff above the linkages, seems imposible with the removal of airbox, i would not get access.
