Android auto not starting correctly

Hi

Just had my tormentor software updated to 1896 but now have a problem with Android auto.

Instead of starting up and working automatically, it now runs through a set up screen on the car and phone each time.

It looks like the phone isn't remembering it has connected to the car previously, any suggestions?

Are you using a cable to do the initial connection??

Yeah tried that, think it's android not the car as it didn't do it until a day after the software update

Maybe uninstall android Auto and start again.
