I have found your forum by searching info on Formentor as I own one ?
I also own an ODBeleven so I think I will found or share some funny codes to apply.
Previously I had a VW Scirocco and I found the Formentor is a good spiritual successor (in term of originality)

Welcome to SCN, how are you getting on with the infotainment menus, or do you have a few physical buttons on your French version that we Brits (and Scots) did not get.

French versions are same as the other countries AFAIK, but you are right, the touch bar is a little bit confusing at the beginning (and most disappointing the night as there is no backlight...)
For the volume, I mainly use the 'rounded button' on the wheel.
