Leon 1.4 Hybrid VZ3 ordered September 2021 (via a lease company through work).... still waiting, no information, no build date, totally in the dark.
Same as me, no info from the retailer or cupra. Orderd a cupra Leon hybrid, almost full spec with tow bar in september 2021.
Mine said maybe Q1 next year, just maybe.
Feels like The whole brand is a joke at the moment

We ordered a hybrid leon estate V22 through my work lease in July 2021..... no information whatsoever. The lease company deals with the supplier (whoever they are) and am in the dark. All they have said is we will get V23 now!

Have you guys updated the tracker with your orders etc? Easier to keep updated on there.
I had heard that the hybrid orders across all manufacturers were massively behind due to parts issues and any Cupra's that have extras such as pano or custom paint will have extended build weeks too... Not sure how accurate this is...

Leon VZ 300 ordered in August 2022, delivery date April 3 2023. We don't have VZ1, VZ2 or VZ3 versions here, just a VZ version + whatever extras you choose.

That's how it is with us in Cyprus as well.

I ordered mines in June same situation, I went through nationwide vehicle contracts
Just got this as a reply from cupra

"Service level is not currently showing accurate vehicle status flags. This means the notifications being provided are incorrect and do not accurately show if a vehicle is on a ship coming into the UK or not."

So they don't have a clue along with all of us

I found out today that this is due to a system error with the change of configuration from 2022 to the 2023 model and no details have ever been sent to the factory.

Did you order yours through nationwide vehicle contracts also?

No another company, but i have just gone straight to the dealer they have used, who has managed to fix the error and now i have a build date (2023) but they have asked the factory to prioritise as lead time should have been 16 weeks

What is going to be the differences with the 23 model compared to 22?

I ordered mine through a main dealer and spoke to him the other day. Said the order had been accepted when placed back in September and there was still no build week assigned which meant it would probably be a January delivery. He was quite optimistic originally suggesting that a December delivery was possible. However, if the lead is 16 weeks then I have just finished week 8 and 16 takes me to the first week of January....

Where did you speak to Cupra, through the website?

I have been calling the customer service team for weeks. They were the ones who gave me the underlying dealer who the lease had been booked with. Then only speaking to the sales manager who spoke to dealer support found the issue. Very long winded process and angry phonecalls

:no::no:...... oh dear... so in essence, nobody (literally) has a clue if any cars are built, allocated build weeks or even shipped?
