MK3 Leon 67 plate rear (outer) tail light

Hey all hope you had a lovely weekend!

I’m in need of the outer tail light right hand side LED but a tad confused as it marks them as two different gear gaps.
Is there any discernible difference?

My 1.8 Leon is a 67 plate so not sure if facelift or not or even how to check if car is facelift model at present.

Anyone know of a part number? Looking to buy on seat motor parts.co.uk!
