Infotainment issue.....

Hi, so I have a 2019 cupra leon estate 300 , only had it for a week and a couple of times when cold the infotainment system started jumping between radio stations and then did the same tonight when I was listening to music on a memory stick.....any ideas?

You could try carefully cleaning the screen with a wipe used for cleaning glasses, do not spray the screen! Beware of any liquid going behind the screen as this can cause the same symptoms I believe.

Unfortunately they don't like the cold, so may not play up in warmer weather, last week one morning mine would not come on for until some heat started to coming into the cabin, thankfully I can get heat into the cabin without the infotainment been on!

I have noticed that it only does it when the car's cold....usually in the first few minutes of driving, after that, it's fine.
