Cracked rear lights under warranty?

I never manually closed the boot as it is electric in my car. Still have cracks...

Thats interesting! It was the fact they said I had hit something which isn't possible without hitting the rear bumper first?

I can report you that today a local dealership replaced my rear light bar under warranty.

Had to visit them twice, as the first time they received a part for Formentor (I have a Leon ST).
