Our 2010 Bocanegra DSG gearbox is stuck in 2nd and 6th.

Any ideas if it might something that can be repaired rather than a full gearbox replacement?

It's a completely standard car without any modifications and only 70,000 miles on it, be gutted if it's going to be too expensive to be worth repairing....

And any recommendations for a specialist in the Andover / north Hampshire area please - we're struggling to find a garage that can look at it.

TIA

Not used myself but colleague has and were OK

I have a bocanegra I want to stage 1 remap it does anyone know how much it will increase and will it be better on fuel
I will be installing a down pipe but I don’t want it on stage 2 is it possible to have a down pipe and keep it stage 1??

It won't massively effect fuel economy unless the tuner tunes for that, stage 1 remap on stock downpipe you'll see around 200hp, A sports cat or decat downpipe will see you around 5-10 peak hp higher.
