DSG-equipped Seat Ibiza 2019 Ibiza, 7-speed DSG (DQ200 dry clutch) knocking/rattle noises?

Hi All, I am new to the forum, so please excuse my first shout out for help, If it make no sense!! I have a Intermitant knocking/Rattle noise when switching the engine on and off This happened directely after having a new clutch and Mechatronics unit fitted on a DSG-equipped Seat Ibiza 2019 Ibiza, 7-speed DSG (DQ200 dry clutch) Knocking happens as the engine stops, several knocks, and as engine starts. It is intermitant, but it happens after a long drive or whether start/stopping when cold.. any help would be appreciated…Specialist garage who fittedboth has not responded yet to my Contacts even though they said they are aware and keep a eye on it!! Any guidance much appriciated, i bought a VCDS, so i am going to 'plug in' to see if i have any errors......
