If I go for an aftermarket option, will I still have the option to control the driving mode (Cupra, Sport etc)? That's MIB1, it would have to be replaced

@East Yorkshire Retrofits might be able to answer that question for you with regards to Android Auto.
Valved muffler (kleppendemper) is correct indeedI have a cutout just before the Y-section, which gives me flexibility to add some exhaust sound at the push of a button.
Do you want to go back to stock?
Thanks!Ahhhhhh then he received a WOK melding probably
Depends a little bit if there needs to be any welding and how much welding etc. But I would count on 200-250 euro or something on average to mount/weld something in between. I believe common prices for adding a valved muffler can be quite costly (so material + labor). For a cutout, prices are about 400-600 euro for a single cutout valve (material+labor).
That's what I'm afraid. Also I don't want my car to be noisy when I'm driving inside of a city or even nearby houses and school... is just stupid (imo)No, I still have my center silencer still intact. My exhaust setup looks like this:
3" downpipe > 200cpi cat > center silencer > cutout valve > backboxes
Police are cracking down on loud exhausts in the Netherlands, just make sure that in silent mode it doesn't attract the wrong attention
Good news! The valve was open so I was basically driving "straight pipe"I agree 100%, I drive with the cutout closed like 90% of the time. Keep us up to date!
