Hi Cupra Fans

Having Cupra Formentor VZ 2.0TSI and have a problem with carplay. The carplay is connected and everything works fine. But on virtual cockpit when I try to see the Carplay it say Carplay no connection? On the main dashboard there is a carplay and everything seems fine. But i think that there is possibility to setup a call from steering wheel? For example when i setup a call i can decline it with steering wheel on the right side of the cockpit, but I can't make a call from stering wheel because it says CarPlay No network connection on virtual cockpit, but if i go to Main Dashboard i can setup a call from there without problem.

If you are on software version 1989 then know that its a global software issue. I tried reaching out to cupra in sweden and spain so lets hope they do something about it.

Yes I’m on software 1989. So we can only hope that they will fix this you didn’t found any alternative to this?

Nah, no fix unfortunately. Only thing you can maybe do is do a rollback to version 1969

Alternatively, i found out song backgrounds update IF you only run bluetooth conenction with the car (not carplay). To use that turn on bluetooth on your phone and keep wifi off. Choose your poison kinda style..
