How do I find out what the service interval is for my Leon?

I had a text this morning, ostensibly from the dealer (they did know my reg number though) saying my car is due a service "in a month or so" and asking to book it in.
I bought the car new at the end of March this year, so it's not quite 9 months since I had it.

But when I check the Service indicator in the infotainment, (which agrees with the Seat Connect app), it says the next oil service is due when the car would be 2 years old, at approx 18,000 miles, with an inspection service due soon after, at around 20,000 miles.

Leaving aside the question of whether or not it's a good idea to wait for 2 years to service a car for the first time, how do I check which is the correct official service interval?

Is the service indicator right or is the dealer? (or possibly neither I guess)

The manual says (see screen clipping) that if my "PR No." is "QI6" then it will be on flexible servicing which would agree with the infotainment.

But how do I find out what the PR No is? In olden days, VW group cars would have a data sticker under the boot floor and in the service book, but I didn't find anything under the boot floor and I didn't get a service book at all.

I'm a bit loathe to ring the dealer given they already seem keen to sell me a service earlier than needed.

A nice chap called

serdar_18fr

got me a list of option codes for mine.

First (?) service at 18000 then inspection service at 20000 seems very wrong.
My app says next "oil change service" in 193 days (car will be 20 months old) or 8690km (car will have done 24500km) and "inspection" in 329 days (car will be 24 months old). Similar to yours, but my understanding is that an inspection service would include an oil change service and lots more, so it makes no sense that the inspection is 4 months after the oil change. I think as mine is a little over a year old now I will do an oil and filter change anyway. I will also keep a record of what the app says as it changes over mileage and time.

Send me your VIN and I'll check what service regime your vehicle is on.

I have found the relevant text in the handbook relating to oil changes vs inspection services:
CUPRA distinguishes between services with engine oil change (e.g. Oil change service) and services without engine oil change (e.g. inspection). In vehicles with Services established by time or mileage, the service intervals are already pre-defined.
In vehicles with LongLife Service, the intervals are determined individually. Thanks to technological progress, maintenance work has been greatly reduced. The oil only needs to be changed when the vehicle requires it. To calculate this variation (max. 2 years), the vehicle's conditions of use and individual driving styles are considered. The advance warning first appears 20 days before the date established for the corresponding service. The kilometres (miles) remaining until the next service are always rounded up to the nearest 100 km (miles) and the time is given in complete days. The current service message cannot be viewed
until 500 km after the last service. Prior to this, only lines are visible on the display.

My car was also registered in March 2025 and set to 'variable' servicing so the reminder is as displayed below (from the App). As my previous MK4 when purchased I took the 2 year service package at £199. I called VWFS to confirm that based on a 'low' annual mileage it is possible to get up to 4 years servicing on the plan based on requiring a service every 2 years...and not getting into whether it should be serviced annually or not. I top up with VW508/509 approved oil.

Yes the display on my app looks pretty similar to yours. I don't have a service package though.
