Seat Sound upgrade help

I've recently done the upgrade and when driving it sounds like the subwoofer is not working and the door speakers are doing all the work. I also tried changing the power of the subwoofer in the infotainment menu but it does not seem to make a difference.

The subwoofer itself is definitely getting power to it and is working when I check it in the boot.

Is this normal once you do the upgrade as I figured when you had a sub installed you would notice it. I used to have an Audi A3 with the Bose system and it was noticeable.

Hey,

I bought the retrofit kit from @East Yorkshire Retrofits and had to send them my MIB unit so that it could be coded for the sound upgrade (is this what you mean?).

The door speakers still handle mid and some low frequencies. The subwoofer handles the rest of the low frequencies. Is the dash speaker working?
