Recently deleted the egr on my ibiza 1.9 pd130 blt engine, got the pipe that replaces the egr valve but retains the asv, car starts up fine with no fault lights, however is now having a boost problem that it didnt have before deleting the egr, the turbo doesnt spool up until around 2-2.5k rpms and doesnt boost as hard as it used to, all vacuum lines are connected properly and everything seems to be fine, any ideas?

The only problem i've had with an EGR delete was on my current Ibiza, a PD160 Cupra. The previous owner had removed the EGR. No boost issues but at around 70mph if i accelerated slightly hard it would slip straight into limp mode. A quick ignition 'switch off and on' again would fix it but the only thing that cured it was to have the EGR mapped out so the car knows it's gone. Have you done that or just physically removed it? I don't know if the ECU could cause your problems or not. Mine never showed a fault code when it went into limp. I just found it hard to maintain anything more than about 60mph until i 'rebooted' it..
