what did you and your mk3 leon do today

The Ateca has it but when I first got the car in 2016 somebody with a snorkel was flashing like hell to say I'd got my lights on . Think all round DRLs are a bit more useful than a snorkel.

100%. I used to have a Volvo S80 2.4T and the lights were always on. I needed to get used to that, but it's safer

Same as I have my fog lights coded to come on with high beam - I’ve paid for 100% of the lights, I’m going to use 100% of the lights! (When there’s no one around).
I am not however one of those eejits who drives around with fogs and low beams on, that’s just irritating (unless it’s foggy)

So do you remember last time I've posted about new Aero sill strips that I've bought? They are in great condition, have complete mounting kit but... they are for 3-door version wheel base of 3D Leon is ~6cm shorter than 5D so I will have to sell them.

Luckily I was able to find set that will fit my Leon they were not as cheap as other ones (1100PLN, ~250€ compared to 500PLN, ~120€) and does not have mounting kit but they are also new.

Probably I will not be able to paint and install them in this year. Painting is sooo expensive nowadays!

Just a quick update, have ordered a rear seat delete kit (this is to replace the rear seat due to roll cage being fitted)

Last week but was waiting for pictures (which have still not come) had the Fluidampr Engine Damper fitted,

Had the front dampers cleaned and new bottom adjustable rings fitted

Brakes had the Bells Cleaned and contact points checked for any galvanic corrosion and/or fretting/cracking. All OK.
Bobbin bolts aligned and torqued accordingly. Calipers were all stripped and cleaned, resealed and Pistons polished before reinstallation with new pads

Had to do a new pad bedding in process for the pads/discs to get best performance and longevity and again to get the best out of the setup I need to do a warning up process on each track day.

This month I will get the coilover socks fitted and have two track days booked for next week to full check out the whole setup.
