Tire condition

What do you think about the tire condition
Should I replace it ?

Personally I would not worry about this. If its also in the sidewalls (the visible part) then I would be a little worried. They are quite new with the 1024 DOT code so it seems.

No. I wouldn't worry about that. Big cracks or chunks falling off, maybe.
