Hi again - can I ask why you've circled each side with an arrow and circle in red? Have you had to make adjustments somewhere to allow the struts to lie flat when the bonnet is closed?

I've seen another brand that requires the foam packing to be removed for that reason up each side of where your new struts are anchored in the engine compartment.

You don't need to modify anything on a leon KL if you buy the kind for a Loen KL.
