SEAT Ibiza ST 1.2 TSI 2011

I'm hearing a weird plastic-like tapping noise from the front driver's side while driving. The sound doesn't occur when the car is parked and pressing the clutch doesn't make any difference. The noise stops when I brake, but I don't think it's brake related because it was already there before I did the brake job a while ago. It also happens at higher speeds, so wind noise doesn't cover it.

At first, I thought it was a loose plastic inside the cabin but I've tried pressing panels while driving and it doesn't make any difference.

Video: You can hear the sound if you turn up the volume

What this could be?

Just a "heads up" to say that IMGUR is not viewable from within the UK, just in case you are wondering why UK based members are not responding too much to this thread.

Boa tarde. Isso pode ser na parte do motor, junto ao corta-fogo. Existe uns tubos que passam lá e por vezes as abraçadeiras que estão fixas a uns parafusos ganham folga, originando que com a deslocação do carro façam esse tipo de barulho.
