Hi,

Mk3 seat leon 1.6 tdi.

Im hoping someone can help. I have an issue with my aircon. Took it in for a regas, filled up fine and no leaks but still blowing hot air. The mechanic suspected the pressure sensor had gone (as its a common issue on these) so he replaced it but still no cold air. He plugged the car in and it was pointing towards a fuse. He checked the fuse but the fuse is completely fine. He advised I have an auto electrician look at it.

I have it booked in with Volksmaster as it seems to be proving difficult to have anyone other than volksmaster to have a look at it.

One thing to note the car is a CATN if that information helps (damage was to the front passenger side from 5 years ago)

Any advise or help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Is it producing cold? You can feel/see this on the ingoing hose towards the cabin once the aircon compressor kicks in. I would start at the compressor side and verify everything works before searching it in the cabin.

Also: which fuse was he referring to?

It is definitely producing cold air but not much cold air (as there is currently 200g of R134a). It was tested with full 500g of R134a and it was still blowing hot air. The technician told me the diagnostic said there is a fuse problem (in the interior fuse box) but when they went to check the fuse it is completely fine.
