I'm having a few problems with my insurance (http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=112913&page=2) so I thought I'd post a few pictures of the culprit.

How easy is it to lower ?
How much does it cost ?
Does that affect my insurance ? (still unresolved)

Anyone got any lowered pics ?

The simplist way to low is to fit springs. a typical setup is Eibach pro-kit which lowers about 30mm. These are about £130 plus fitting. I used to have these, and it gave the car a much better look.

I now have coilover as i wanted better handling and a lower ride!

Murts,

Thanks for the pictures. Looks absolute mint mate. Can't wait to get mine. Should be all ready for the end of the month so fingers crossed. I haven't gone for the extended spoiler at the top as I want to see hoe it looks without. I can't wait man I'm soooooooo looking forward to driving it off the forecourt.

Looks lovely - what model is it?

And what gives you the intakes and twin exhausts, is that an option?

Are they 17" optional wheels or the standard ones?

Hey Dan, how much did your coil-overs cost you and where did you get them from? The car is looking amazing, though.

me?

I got eibach pro-street -S coiolvers which are a midrange model. (although the only ones eibach do)

They were about £600 plus fitting. cant remember, ive had them well over a year now!
