erm...i dont think so, but you can always bend it back with a molegrip...i think mine was bent but that was because i smacked it with a sledge to get it out of the hub ;)

ARB link looks bent too - not running too low & the ARB has fouled the driveshaft & bent 'stuff'

well yes it is quite pot holey but the car seems to bounce even on the smallest bumps...those drop links were only fitted yestarday :( so have no idea whats going on? Is that mechanically bad to be bent like that? what effect will it have?

it's not potholes......

raise your car, get it checked by a professional - whoever's fitted that suspension is clearly a twat.

if you're lucky you've just bent the strut & link. if you're not you've bent the driveshaft & ARB

this is whats worrying me cos standard ones hit the drive shaft so i was told that it was important to shorten them so i did and then asked if the size was right and they said yes and there supposed to be professionals who hadnt heard of this happening before so i dunno...? any ideas

just because a 'professional' has never heard of it doesn't mean it's never happened sadly

yeah thats wot it does look like just the thing that annoys me is that F***ing garage ordering that specific size

Specialist garages aren't necessarily all they're cracked up to be. I took my car to a VAG garage down here for my clutch, took ages, ordered the wrong one but fitted it anyway. Then when I asked them to put the right one in they wanted another £700 for fitting the new clutch that they should've ordered in the first place!

Hope it doesn't cost too much for you buddy.
