I'm thinking about changing my suspension and will change the mounts and bearing at the same time if I do it.

Having got some prices I've been quoted nearly £90 all in. But I've seen on vwspares.co.uk these parts:

Front Mount & Bearing
Rear Mount (Sports)
Rear Mount

Are these parts right or ok to use?

I'm using these on the front and there fine

I too will be installing some new suspension in January. Would the above be ok for the Cupra R too?

The cupra R uses harder mounts although thw above ones would fit.

Some wise words from David @ Sere:

LCR top mounts £40 a pair inc p+p
Standard top mounts £20 a pair inc p+p
Top bearings £10 a pair inc p+p

If your top mounts are worn out, even the standard non-LCR ones would be an improvement at less money. If you ordered them and didnt use them, they could be returned for full refund

There aren't any on the rear, its just a separate shock and spring.
