Hi everyone, I'm new on here and really like the site. Loads of info and helpful members so far.
As I've been asking for some tuning advice I thought I should stick some pics up of my chariot.

We've owned it since 06 and its been standard since about a week ago. 60K on the clock and no issues at all. Its been a great car which is why I dont want to let it go.

Now its my work car I couldn't leave it standard. I just dont do leaving things alone.

The day I first took it to work I fit B4's and 30mm lowering springs. I'll be changing for coilovers I think.

Then I changed the wheels for some copy BBS (cheap and look good imo), Removed rear interior ready for my cupra r interior coming, changed airbag in the steering wheel for a cupra one, fit cupra rear bumper and removed backbox and made an exhaust tip.

Still to fit I have Cupra sideskirts, VRS rear wiper and fit 312mm audi tt front breaks and MK4 288mm golf hubs.

I am hunting a complete Cupra R front bumper ATM!

Then the car will get the power sorted in whichever route I decide to take.

I'll update as and when I do more to it. Cheers guys [B)]

The set up that came off is brand new Billy B4's and -35mm jamex springs that are all for sale if anyone is interested....

I'm happy with the ride height and feel. for cheap coilovers they feel great and i'm well happy.

Still need a cupra R front bumper and fit the sideskirts but we are defos getting there on looks front now. Oh and the discs are 312mm now ready for power upgrades.

I adjusted the ride height a bit more today. Lower obviously, no pics though.

I fitted my Audi TT 312mm discs and callipers while i was fitting the coilovers but am struggling to get a pedal.
Ive bled them twice now but theres defo still air in the system. Anyone had simular?

Also ordered and paid for a solid flywheel and sachs race clutch kit today. Whoop.

I've sorted the brakes out today. Just needed to bleed the M/C first then the calipers.

Bigger brakes do feel great now!

I've also retracked the car and set the ride height to where I'm happyish with it!

Pic's of the FK coilovers

Next on the list is to fit the clutch I've order today and the cupra sideskirts I have waiting. Find a front bumper and colour code the door strips.

Then I will sort out the power increase.

Right I haven't figured out the loom for these yet but got the lot out of the Audi. Once there fitted properly I'll post better pics.

I also marked up the sills and bonded the clips for the sideskirts on. They will be dry tomorrow so I will fit them tomorrow along with the bumper.

Coming along nicely. Be interested in the power output. Nice look too. The mods and colour of the car work well together. Understated and swavue are the words I'm thinking of.

Thanks mate.

Ryan at Darkside has sent my injectors back inside a week which is good turn around IMO.

.260 nozzles fitted

My PD150 snail is being hybrided now. Machined turbo housing to suit high flow wheel, 360 deg thrust bearing etc....

Then it down for a day at Darkside. I'm interested to see what she'll manage[B)]

Who done the turbo work? If you don't mind me asking. Turbo should with supporting equipment should be good for 250 bhp. 220 bhp would be a good average. Although with standard compression ratio I personnally wouldn't want to go above 200 bhp. Are you going to fit an exhaust gas temperature gauge to keep an eye on the turbo health?

Exhaust gas temp gauge sounds like a good idea.

The turbo was done by a mate of a mate who works at turbo solutions in Darlington.

I'm going for 200bhp as its just my daily work chariot and don't want to blow it up every 5 mins.

Off to Dankside soon.
