Hello all, I've recently had these two faults thrown up on the ECU, no engine warning lights etc, runs fine......
16518 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: No Activity
P0134 - 35-00 - -
17524 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S1: Open Circuit
P1116 - 35-00 - -
Is this a classic sign of dead pre cat lambda sensor ? If so how do I rectify it, simply replace the lambda sensor ? Its just I've got an MOT coming up soon and surely it'll fail on the emissions with a dead lambda won't it ?
How much is a new lambda and how tricky is it to change without a pit or anything ?
