draining

Please can anybody help me locate the tap to drain all coolant. Or tell me how to drain all the coolant as I desperately need to do a coolant flush and refil. I drive a 2006 seat Leon 2.0 FR tdi (mk2??) me and my mate have been trying to do this for two hours today and the radiator pipes...
