headrests

Hi, I bought a 2019 SEAT Leon FR TSI Evo 2 weeks ago and I’ve just noticed that on both front seats the collars where the headrests slot in are quite raised. Any ideas on how to lower them closer to the upholstery? I’ve removed the headrests and the collar cover plates but they will not budge...

i was just wondering if anyone could help me! i'm thinking of puttin screens in the headrests and i would like to know if anyone could recommend any to fit in? thanks

Daft as it sounds, my new car has 4 cloth headrests (cloth interior) and 1 leather headrest on the drivers side. Absolutely no idea why, presumably I could pick up a new part from seat dealer? Anyone got a clue of the part code/price or where I would find that sort of information?
