My car is at 54,000 miles & inspection is flashing up on my display, any ideas? The car has been serviced at: 10,000 20,000 43,000 Random interval the last service. But does inspection mean servicing?

Bought the car couple of weeks ago. Inspection was flashing this morning. The car has done only 16000. No service book. what sort of service is required. Can anyone advise? how much will it cost?:confused:
