Need some help oin how to replace the top mounts for my coilovers. Ive done a search but no luck. Some can do quick write up (dosnt have detailed much :D ), tips or pointers. Not sure if you have to compress the springs on them :think:

i am looking at g max coil overs for my arosa 2003 shape i take it as there is only one set as all the people that sell them just say arosa not arosa6h and arosa 6h1 :) any advice before i rip the struts and spring off lol :)

hi guys got an fr 130 on coilovers and have been looking at some of the pics on here and my car is no where near as low i got mine nice and low but any lower and the tires rub at the slightest bump in road!! in tips on how to go mega low?? thanks guys simon
