First question would be, what is it rubbing on? And why are they rubbing?

Are the wheels the correct offset? Or wider perhaps?

You should be able to get a bodyshop to modify the metalwork to allow the wheels more clearance.

The other thing is to reduce the suspension travel so that 'slightest bump' doesn't have quite an effect. Have the coilovers got adjustable damping?

In that case, remove the plastic arch liner! Just make sure you clean the arches whenever you clean the car, otherwise they'll get a load of crud on them and expose them to corrosion.
