    first time iv fitted coilovers so go easy lol..my question is ,on the rear ones does the hight adjuster that comes with the kit sit on the bottom of the spring or does it go on top of the spring? ..just want to make sure of things before i start doing the job tomorrow..thx

    I've just grabbed myself a set of poundland... I mean raceland coilovers :D What do you think? Originally I was looking for springs but couldn't find the right size, so opted for these. I know the ride will be harsh, but surely it can't get much worse than it is already :blink...

    Raceland coilovers / straight through centre section

    Has anyone had any experience of the Raceland coilovers? Seen them on ebay, assuming they are similar to the hottuning ones? Also supersprints used to make a straight thruogh centre section for the cupra, has been discontinued but does anyone know if a similar part is available elsewhere...
