selector

The rotary knob to select screen/vent/floor air direction isn't working - just rotates freely. I've done a search and there are a couple of posts about the cable becoming detached but not much other info. Does the heater panel come out easily and is it likely to be obvious what's wrong?

Can anyone tell me how much it would cost to have a gear selector cable fitted to a 130 sport. My bro's car has lost 2nd and 3rd gear. the gearstick moves to what seems to be the correct slot but when he brings the clutch up it's like it's in neutrel. reverse,3rd,4th,5th and 6th seem fine.

Hi there I was hoping if someone with a mk3 ibiza 1.8t can tell me how the reverse selector is on the gear stick please!! Is it push down to the top left like in the recent VW's?? Many thanks!

Not sure if thats what its called but its the item you would replace with an EIP short shifter or similar, i just want to take the old one off and paint it up. i can remove everything else with ease but i do not have a pulling tool to get the bracket off the spline, there must be a tecnique i...
