031 Block - what is it

Hallo , i need an exlpanation about the 031 block at vagcom

1st: it is actual vs requested o2 readings or it is S1 vs S2

2nd: the values are o2 sensor voltages or A/F Lambda values?

I have found that some cars have a wideband sensor and some have narrow in this block.

since i dont even see a value of 1 i suspect that it reads the voltage.
