I have a new pioneer head unit and whilst it has improved sound quality I want to install new external amp I have lying around. It's a jbl gto 75.2. I also have a 4 x 50w Sony xplod. Main purpose of post is that I want to replace the door speakers in the front and tweeters. I have seen some jbl gto 6508C speakers on amazon for 70 quid. They are 165mm components. Will the tweeters and main speaker fit? Do I need to buy adapters? I don't want a sub as I am at an age where I've been a there and done that! Cheers.

165mm wont fit - you will need to buy adaptors ...

i fit focals into my fronts including tweeters

the tweeters where a tight fit...

had to do some manual diy to cut of some of the plastic to get them in!

Put the Sony amp in using the original speakers on a pioneer deh 6400 and it sounds awesome. Front speakers throw out lots of bass when amped! Only 4 x 50w RMS but sounds great. Head unit only put out 4 x 22w RMS!
