09 Bluetooth pack question

I have a 2009 tdi fr (PD170) and I am looking to upgrade my headunit, though I want to find out what the situation with the Bluetooth pack which the car has as standard, as I don't want to loose this functionality, does anyone know how this fits in with aftermarket head units?

It doesn't.

I think if you want a new stereo and want to keep Bluetooth, you'll have to make sure your new stereo has it built in.

Is it prefacelift or facelift? I thought if you keep with the OEM VW/ seat head units Blietooth should still work...
