I have a Seat Ibiza estate 1.2TDI (SO SLOW
) that has ran fine for the 2.5 years I have had it. Just recently though its started to run poorly.
The issue is when I am driving at lowish speeds 30-40 mph with steady throttle, it will then start to lag slightly before hooking up when throttle position is increased in order to speed up. It almost feels like the clutch is slipping for a second. I know its not the clutch but just to give an idea of the sensation.
Does anyone have any ideas? There are no EML/DPF lights etc.
Just wondering if its the start of problems with EGR's and DPF's as this car has had the emissions fix which I have heard puts extra strain on the exhaust conditioning components.
