Model Year 20/21 1.4 plug in

Hi all,

I have a 2021 1.4 plug in. Approximately two weeks ago I had an amber warning “electrical system not working correctly”. Codes P0C4300, P0C4600 and U041300 showing on scanner. Car is driving/charging perfectly. Pink coolant level and air con system seem fine. Booked into main dealer this coming Friday. Anyone with any experience of these issues? Heart in mouth going to main dealer irrespective of the 8 year warranty.

Just to add the amber warning has been a permanent fixture and the car has covered 600 miles since

I would guess that your vehicle is going to need an internal battery repair.

I take it anything internal falls within the 8 year warranty?

If your vehicle is covered by the standard VWG warranty policy then the internal components of the HV battery should be covered.

The dealer may ask for authorisation and quote you to remove and inspect the battery prior to confirming that it is a warranty related issue, it's standard practice.
