Hi, just wanted to check, will this downpipe work on my 1.4TSI 140bhp MK3 Leon? (CHPA)

I don’t want to be a party pooper but won’t fitting a decat downpipe to a car that originally had a catalytic converter;

• result in an MOT fail?
• make your car illegal for use on public roads?
• most likely invalidate your insurance?
