1.6 engine sounds funny?

hey guys, my 1.6 leon is sounding abit strange when idling. i open the bonnet and the engine shakes and i get some funny noise from some belt kinda of like a ticking noise... sorry i dont have a clue about what to call the parts lol. took it to a seat garage and they said they changed all the coils which were making the engine misfire but when i got home the noise was still there? is it meant to sound like this?

If its vibrating badly could be a piston mis firing? take it in garage tbh...

Hmmm...Its a long shot but it could be a hole in the engine. My mums punto was vibrating quite bad and thats what it was in the end.
