having trouble finding a topic sayin where the thermostat is on my car.

if someone could tell me or post a picture showing me where its at and if its easy to change, as my fans dont work as my car get hot hot hot when its standing in traffic and im guessing its the stat

could be the cooling fan sensor/switch and not the stat.

wheres that how do i fix it/ find out if its broke.

thermostat is on the front of the engine, towards the left of the block, under the inlet manifold, behind a black plastic pipe which bolts to the block.
