Well my K1 just had its 1st (10k) service today and all is well. I supplied my own oil and it cost me £87 
. My original tyres are showing f/r -5mm, f/l -5, r/r- 4 and r/l - 4. These Bridgestone RE 050a tyres give excellent grip wet or dry and have been the best performance tyre i have used to date. The only faults i,ve had have been the side skirts which have been replaced under warranty, and the windscreen is starting to delaminate - all in all a very pleasing 10k miles of ownership.
